How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking online at www.ntctransfers.com.au or by calling our friendly staff on 1300 20 20 34.

How do I pay for my transfer?

All online bookings are paid for in advance through Paypal and their secure system.  You will need to print off your booking details and provide that to the driver when you board your transfer.  Alternatively contact our our friendly staff on 1300 20 20 34 to arrange payment by credit card in person or over the phone.

Do you provide child restraints / baby seats?

Yes! We are committed to you and your family's safety and will provide baby seats (rear and forward facing) or booster seats as required.  Please ensure these are requested at booking.

Can you transport my pet?

Unfortunately at this time we do not have provision for the transportation of any animals.  Exceptions are only made for guide dogs, hearing guide dogs or guide dogs in training plus animals covered by the Assistance Animal Pass (which must be available and produced on demand).

How close to travel time can I book?

We recommend that you book as early as possible to secure your seats or least 48 hours in advance online to ensure we have enough time to process your request.  If you wish to book with less than 48 hours notice or please contact our friendly staff on 1300 20 20 34.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations can be made via phone on 1300 20 20 34.  A full refund, less an administration fee, will be granted if a ticket is cancelled more than 2 business days in advance of booked travel.  Tickets cancelled less than 2 business days in advance of booked travel will receive a 50% refund upon cancellation of the original ticket price, provided service arrangements in respect to the booking have not commenced.  Where service arrangements have commenced in regard to a booked service, no refund will be provided.

What are your operating hours?

Our business is open every day of the year with the exception of ANZAC and CHRISTMAS DAY.  Our vehicles are available to run 24/7 on demand.  Bookings can be made online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Luggage?

Each passenger is allowed up to 2 piece of luggage with a combined weight under 23kgs, and a carry on bag. Infants are allowed an additional 2 pieces of luggage if travelling with a pram etc. We will need to be notified of any oversize luggage.

What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed or varies in any way please contact our office on 1300 20 20 34 as soon as possible. Our vehicles run every two hours throughout the day so you will be allocated a seat on the next vehicle or service available.

Children and family rates explained

Infant and toddlers = under 3 - no charge.
Child = between 3-16 years old - half price normal fair.
Concession = student/senior. Proof of Concession is required when boarding - receive a 10% discount on total booking.
Family = 2 adults and 2 children - $200 fare. Any additional children will be at - $40 for 3-16.

Please note that ALL passengers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
